Extending a existing object

Creating from an existing object

In the "Skull Base" case, we had to extend the base and make it bigger.

1. Create a new component

2. Create a sketch on the plane you want to extend.

3. Inside the Sketch, Press "P" to open the PROJECT function

4. Select the faces you want to copy. Now you have the silhoute of the part you want to extend.

5. Extrude according to your needs, creating a new body.

6. Solid > Modify > Combine

• Target body: "Select the part you just created (the extension)"
• Tool Bodies: "Select the original part you want to extend"
• Operation: "Cut"
• New Component: "True" *
• Keep Tools: True

Then youll have the part you need!
